He has over 20 years of ministerial experience in pastoral care and cross-cultural advocacy settings. He graduated from Texas A&M in 2001, from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in 2014, and Lamar University with a Masters in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling in 2024. He takes an eclectic approach to counseling, incorporating methods from transactional analysis and internal family systems, as well as rational emotional behavioral therapy. Ryan’s unique ability to listen empathetically without judgement gives people the platform to be heard and valued, while also helping the client move toward their goals through challenge, support, and giving practical tools.
