Hi, Endya here! I am a certified personal trainer through NASM. I have been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for almost 4 years now. I graduated with a Bachelor’s in kinesiology degree at A&M and I am pursuing a masters in Sports Physiology. I played softball at Morehead State University before medically retiring. The Lord radically changed my life in that time period where I now see that I am only defined by Jesus and not my successes. Being a college athlete has taught me a lot about endurance, perseverance, and self discipline. After having to rehabilitate myself back to where I am now, I have learned a lot about limits and boundaries and how to motivate myself to be the strongest version of myself. I believe that fitness and Faith go hand-in-hand. Our fitness journey can sometimes be a great representation of our spiritual journey. Self-discipline and motivation are so important in our walks with the Lord. Now I get to teach others all that I have learned through combined experience and education. I feel very passionate about exciting people to work out and exciting them about all the good that the Lord has done in our lives. My approach to fitness is to encourage you to do things that you enjoy that are good for your body and to push you past points you feel like you can’t push yourself. There’s a healthy balance of pushing and stopping. And I wanna help you find that.
