Each day, I strive to educate and empower my clients, guiding them toward healthier, more balanced lives. For me, massage is a dynamic jewel—multifaceted and adaptable to the unique needs of every individual. I tailor each session with care to honor your intentions and bring your body and mind into harmony. As a mother of four, I deeply understand the importance of nurturing and restoration, both for myself and those I serve. I pride myself on truly listening and identifying the precise path that will bring you comfort while restoring balance. Fluent in Spanish, I combine modern and ancient healing modalities to best support my clients. My specialties include Cupping Therapy, Ashiatsu, Lymphatic Drainage, and Neuromuscular Myofascial Release. I have a special passion for prenatal massage and hold a Massage Doula Certification, allowing expectant mothers to find deep relaxation and relief. Healing has always come naturally to me—I began receiving regular massage at age 7 and have been using my hands (and feet!) to help others for most of my life. With 15 years as a licensed therapist, I continue to deepen my practice through mindful movement like QiGong, gardening, and creative arts, all of which enrich the care I offer.
Join me on this journey of healing touch and experience your body and mind at a whole new level.

Endya Moler, BS, CPT, PES
Hi, Endya here! I am a certified personal trainer through NASM. I have been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for almost 4 years now. I graduated with a Bachelor’s in kinesiology degree at A&M and I am pursuing a masters in Sports Physiology. I played softball at Morehead State University before medically retiring. The Lord radically changed my life in that time period where I now see that I am only defined by Jesus and not my successes. Being a college athlete has taught me a lot about endurance, perseverance, and self discipline. After having to rehabilitate myself back to where I am now, I have learned a lot about limits and boundaries and how to motivate myself to be the strongest version of myself. I believe that fitness and Faith go hand-in-hand. Our fitness journey can sometimes be a great representation of our spiritual journey. Self-discipline and motivation are so important in our walks with the Lord. Now I get to teach others all that I have learned through combined experience and education. I feel very passionate about exciting people to work out and exciting them about all the good that the Lord has done in our lives. My approach to fitness is to encourage you to do things that you enjoy that are good for your body and to push you past points you feel like you can’t push yourself. There’s a healthy balance of pushing and stopping. And I wanna help you find that.

About Christian
“Healing is not just about resolving conflict; it is about reclaiming the resilience that is already within you.”
Christian Buenaventura is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFT-A) who believes that every individual, couple, and family possesses a unique capacity for restoration. His path to clinical therapy was not a straight line, but a journey shaped by a life of service and a deep understanding of the human spirit.
Having served in the U.S. Army as both an Enlisted Soldier and a Commissioned Officer, Christian understands the weight of sacrifice, the complexity of transition, and the quiet strength required to lead—both on the field and within a family. He carries this “heart for service” into the therapy room, offering a safe harbor for those who are used to being the “strong ones.”
Whether you are an individual seeking a fresh start, a couple trying to find your way back to one another, a veteran navigating the echoes of service, a professional balancing the heavy demands of leadership, or a student navigating the pressures of academia—help is available here. Christian meets you with unwavering empathy and a commitment to your wholeness.
Christian’s clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based care, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients achieve tangible growth. Chad Gugas, LMFT Associate
Specializes in: Adult Trauma using EMDR, Depression, Anxiety and OCD, Self-Confidence and Identity, Military and First Responder Counseling, Spiritually-Focused Counseling, Couple/Premarital/Marriage Counseling to include Military and First Responder Couples, Family Counseling.
In my individual work with adults, I have a passion for seeing men and women free from guilt and shame or worry and anxiety…the emotions that convince us we are ‘not good enough’ or ‘out of control’…that keep you from knowing peace in the present.
My work with couples spans from serious committed couples and premarital counseling to marriages at 50+ years. Whether you are just recognizing struggles in your relationship, or you have felt stuck in a negative pattern for many years, there is help and hope for a healthier relationship. This may involve providing you techniques to communicate in a way that deepens your connection and makes you feel heard. Sometimes it takes deeper work to know why you each react in a particular way in relationship, and in that knowledge gain more power over it and eventual freedom from it.
I come with a background of theology and counseling, and I am able to fully integrate both in the room…or not… based on your expressed desires and identified needs. You always control those decisions. Additionally, I come with experience in career counseling, and values-based financial counseling.
I also come with 20 years of military service. If you are a veteran or first responder, there are specific experiences that you can bring into the room that require less explanation. Additionally, my last three years of service were teaching Corps Cadets at A&M University. Cadets and alumni can also bring those experiences into the room and we can speak the same language.
