Chad Gugas, LMFT Associate
Specializes in: Adult Trauma using EMDR, Depression, Anxiety and OCD, Self-Confidence and Identity, Military and First Responder Counseling, Spiritually-Focused Counseling, Couple/Premarital/Marriage Counseling to include Military and First Responder Couples, Family Counseling.
In my individual work with adults, I have a passion for seeing men and women free from guilt and shame or worry and anxiety…the emotions that convince us we are ‘not good enough’ or ‘out of control’…that keep you from knowing peace in the present.
My work with couples spans from serious committed couples and premarital counseling to marriages at 50+ years. Whether you are just recognizing struggles in your relationship, or you have felt stuck in a negative pattern for many years, there is help and hope for a healthier relationship. This may involve providing you techniques to communicate in a way that deepens your connection and makes you feel heard. Sometimes it takes deeper work to know why you each react in a particular way in relationship, and in that knowledge gain more power over it and eventual freedom from it.
I come with a background of theology and counseling, and I am able to fully integrate both in the room…or not… based on your expressed desires and identified needs. You always control those decisions. Additionally, I come with experience in career counseling, and values-based financial counseling.
I also come with 20 years of military service. If you are a veteran or first responder, there are specific experiences that you can bring into the room that require less explanation. Additionally, my last three years of service were teaching Corps Cadets at A&M University. Cadets and alumni can also bring those experiences into the room and we can speak the same language.

Endya Brackman, BS, CPT, PES
Hi, Endya here! I am a certified personal trainer through NASM. I have been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for almost 4 years now. I graduated with a Bachelor’s in kinesiology degree at A&M and I am pursuing a masters in Sports Physiology. I played softball at Morehead State University before medically retiring. The Lord radically changed my life in that time period where I now see that I am only defined by Jesus and not my successes. Being a college athlete has taught me a lot about endurance, perseverance, and self discipline. After having to rehabilitate myself back to where I am now, I have learned a lot about limits and boundaries and how to motivate myself to be the strongest version of myself. I believe that fitness and Faith go hand-in-hand. Our fitness journey can sometimes be a great representation of our spiritual journey. Self-discipline and motivation are so important in our walks with the Lord. Now I get to teach others all that I have learned through combined experience and education. I feel very passionate about exciting people to work out and exciting them about all the good that the Lord has done in our lives. My approach to fitness is to encourage you to do things that you enjoy that are good for your body and to push you past points you feel like you can’t push yourself. There’s a healthy balance of pushing and stopping. And I wanna help you find that.

Nastassja Rubio, LPC Associate
Nastassja is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in 2026. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University, which she earned in 2024. Prior to entering the counseling field, Nastassja gained experience working in vocational ministry with children, youth, and college students, which helped shape her passion for supporting individuals through different stages of development and life.
Nastassja has a particular passion for working with children, adolescents, college students, and young adult women. She enjoys supporting clients through concerns such as anxiety, OCD, emotional regulation, self-esteem, identity development, relationships, life transitions, self harm, and other experiences that can leave someone feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves.
Nastassja is passionate about creating a therapeutic space where clients feel safe to be themselves, without pressure to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. Her counseling style is collaborative and client-centered, as she believes therapy should be shaped around the client’s individual needs. She enjoys getting to know each client and tailoring sessions to their unique personality, interests, strengths, and goals. Whether a client needs space to process, practical tools to take home, creative activities, or simply someone to walk alongside them during a difficult season, Nastassja strives to meet them where they are.
Her approach is primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), with additional integration of skills and interventions from other evidence-based approaches based on each client’s needs. She helps clients explore the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and experiences while developing healthy coping skills, strengthening emotional regulation, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, and identifying realistic steps toward their goals.
Creativity is also an important part of Nastassja’s counseling style. She enjoys incorporating art and creative expression into sessions when appropriate, including drawing, painting, writing, crafts, visual exercises, and other hands-on activities. She recognizes that some experiences can be difficult to express through words alone, and creative approaches can provide another way for clients to explore, understand, and communicate what they are experiencing.
Nastassja recognizes that each client’s story, values, and beliefs are unique. For clients who desire it, she welcomes Christian faith integration into the counseling process and provides space for faith, spirituality, purpose, and emotional well-being to be explored openly and without judgment. Her goal is to reflect compassion, grace, and hope while respecting each client’s individual journey.
